The payments can start as soon as the trip is announced. We do require the first payment for the room to be made by January 29, 2024 to stay on track with the final payment schedule. 

Yes, we offer payment schedules to meet all pay schedule types: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment options. If you need to shift the payment date from the date to match your paycheck schedule please let our office know at hello@jtsvacations.com.

We have a strict hotel payment policy that we must adhere to that affects the entire group. Your reservation is subject to cancellation after two consecutive missed payments. 

We are sorry that you are not able to attend. Unfortunately, all payments made on your reservation will be forfeited. We highly recommend purchasing travel protection to insure your trip. You can transfer your spot to another person and they can pay you back. To do so you would need to contact our office at hello@jtsvacations.com and let us know who would be taking over your reservation.

Yes. Foreigners entering the Dominican Republic as tourists must comply with the following requirements:

1. Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
2. Air, maritime or land ticket of entrance and return.
3. A permanent address in the Dominican Republic.
4. Proof of sufficient economic solvency to cover their expenses during their stay in the Dominican Republic.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Yes. We have chartered transportation service for travel booked through our contracted dates arriving and departing from our host resort. We will provide details on the transfers prior to departure. We will need you to submit your flight details here. You will be required to submit your flight details by September 17, 2024 to ensure we have all travelers’ details to the transportation vendor. Charter transportation will be provided and grouped based on the flights arranged.

The contracted chartered transfer service will be available from October 13 to October 20, 2024. All attendees are welcome to arrive as early as October 13, 2024, but must be ready to depart Punta Cana by October 20, 2024. We will group attendees arriving on the same day with a maximum of 30 minutes between flights. Similarly, we will group similar return flight transfers accordingly.

All flight arrangements must be submitted by September 17, 2024 by clicking here. If your departure date is after October 20, 2024, you will need to secure a return transfer separately. Our contracted transfer service dates start on October 13, 2024 and end on October 20, 2024.

If you would like additional nights, you have two options:

1. You can can contact our office to arrange our support services.

2. You can contact the resort directly and arrange the extra nights.

JTS Vacations, will not be able to assist with any reservations or extra services not booked through us.

Yes, you can pay your full balance at anytime by logging into your client portal at billing.jtsvacations.com.

Register as double occupancy and the DODD Team will do their best to handle all roommate matching for those that do not register with a roommate.

Unfortunately, our contract is based on single and double occupancy. Single occupancy is very limited and available by request only.

You would need to book the pool view category first. We can add you to the waitlist for an ocean view suite if more ocean view suites become available to our room block. We will be going by the booking order to release the ocean view upgrade requests.
